Q: How are the batteries delivered?

A: Our batteries are shipped out in plywood creates ready built on a pallet by a tail lift truck to your designated delivery address.

 

Q: Do I have to do a first charge cycle?

A: No, Lemon Energy batteries do not require any form of first charge/calibration cycle this is due to our build process. Every battery after assembly is fully charged in our warehouse from solar power and top balanced then fully checked before being discharged back to around 50% for shipping. Meaning our batteries are ready to use from the moment they are switched on.

 

Q: Can I specify a time for delivery.

A: Unfortunately we can not specify a delivery time, however if you have any requests please contact us on 01202 090047 or sales@lemonenergy.co.uk with your order number. We will do our best or organise and accommodate your requests.

 

 Q: What do I do if my item is delivered damaged?

A:If the transport company is still there please notify them when signing for the product. Damaged goods can only be claimed in the first 24 hours after this period we will be unable to help you. It is very important upon reception of the item that you check that the product has arrived in good conditions. You can call 01202 090047 or email us at sales@lemonenergy.co.uk. Once the claim has been accepted we aim to send out a replacement product in the 72 hours after informing us.

 

Q: What do I do if I want to cancel my order?

A:If you wish to cancel you order you must contact us as soon as possible to avoid additional costs. You can contact us on 01202 090047 or email us at sales@lemonenergy.co.uk. If the product has already been shipped you must return the battery at your own cost. We will refund you less any shipping costs paid. If the item has not been dispatched we will refund the total amount of the order.
