Board Builds

From van boards, residential house or full 3 phase commercial board builds we can help with it all.

We have in house CNC board machine capability that allows us to precisely design and build our boards to the highest standard with many board finish options.

Contact us if you'd like a prebuilt board for any system whether it be vans or homes. We can custom build to any shape of space. We are here to help!

The Cory Mac - OY Electrical van build as seen in the images below was a 12v 3kW Multiplus inverter with a 100/30 Victron MPPT connected to a 440w solar panel. With the All New Victron Orion XS delivering 50a of charge current from the vehicles alternator. Using the LYNX distribution system to safely fuse all the major components and give a supply to the bladder fuse box to allow the connection to all the van accessories as they are installed. Topping off this amazing system is the fully Connected Cerbo allowing for the touch screen to set, monitor and control the system with inputs for tank level sensors and more seamlessly integrating all the equipment and giving remote monitoring once connected to the vans internet. with 2 x Lemon Punch batteries this van has enough juice to stay powered in the most remote of locations for days without recharging its huge 8kWh capacity. This great system even has the ability to power a house! See Cory's video on YouTube for more!

Residential Boards  -

These boards are built on ply with a cement board cover ready for home install. While residential is generally single phase, our single phase boards can be from 3kW to 90kW of inverter output depending on requirements with battery storage ranging from -  4kWh (12V), 8kWh (24V) or 15kWh-240kWh using our 48V batteries. for reference a normal home 100A connection equates to a 24KVA inverter install.

Below is an example of an 10kW inverter (2x5kW inverters) with 15kWh of battery with a 450/200 RS MPPT. This system gives a full 100A passthrough from grid or a generator. The MPPT allows the connection of a PV system giving a maximum of 11.6kW of charge to the system. With a cerbo and LYNX distribution system this can be fully monitored remotely.

This second example was a full supply to a customer for an install on a boat. Much like the above board however not preassembled due to the access requirement to the location on the boat. This system was commissioned due to the dock power being too poor and unstable, the intention of the design was to keep the boat disconnected from the dock and much as possible, with an automated "charge" connection controlled by a relay to charge the batteries back up if the percentage dropped too low. This system was fully configured by us for the client prior to shipping. This system includes a 15kW Quattro inverter capable of fully powering ever appliance on the boat, 5 x Big Lemon batteries giving 75kWh of storage and 14.5kW of solar split across 3 250/100 MPPTs.

Since January this system has done exactly as designed and kept the boat disconnected from the dock as much as possible along with fixing the poor power and tripping issues the client was having from day one. The boat has not pulled any power from the dock since April with only 10% of its power from the dock in March.

3 Phase / Commercial -

Our 3 Phase boards and applications set us apart from many other suppliers and installers by utilising Victron Energy equipment coupled with our batteries delivers a phenomenal combination. Delivery up to 90KVA output in single phase applications and a whopping 180KVA in 3 phase this allows us to power almost any application. This is also only per set of inverters, meaning this can also be scaled by have multiple installations allowing almost limitless possibilities.

With a 3 phase install ranging from 9KVA output to 180KVA we can cover all your needs. Below we have two examples;

This is a 30KVA install in a commercial setting running our testing and battery building facility. This is made up of 6x5KVA Multiplus ii with 2 in parallel per phase. 90kWh of battery storage and 15kWp of AC attached solar.

The second example below is a 3 Phase residential house install. Where we installed 45KVA of inverter power (3x15kw Quattros) with 150kWh of batteries and 45kWp of DC attached solar. This house originally only had a single phase grid connection so initially we were generating the site 3 phase using the standard 100A single phase connection as a "charge" allowing us to maintain a minimum battery percentage if the solar was not enough.
